Priority action plan

Several tracks may run at once. Sequencing still governs the money, the venue, and the public word.

Phase 1

Foundation, Budget & Government Engagement

  • Prepare a full budget covering logistics, the Book of Records, publicity, and administration.
  • Identify funding gaps and set sponsorship targets across government, corporate, and private support.
  • Seek official endorsement and partnership with host-state leadership.
  • Reserve the venue early and engage a professional event planner.

Phase 2

Structure, Branding & Digital Presence

  • Keep this website as the central information hub: event details, awardee profiles, Book of Records, registration, and contact.
  • Standardise official handles on Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Assign a dedicated social media manager for content, engagement, and campaign alignment.

Phase 3

Media, Content & Publicity

  • Establish a professional media team with broadcast-ready capacity.
  • Produce promotional films, event visuals, motion graphics, and audio jingles.
  • Secure endorsement interviews with respected personalities and stakeholders.

Phase 4

Content Development & Documentation

  • Compile verified biographies and contributions for awardees and Book of Records personalities.
  • Finalise cover, interior layout, and event brochure. Print early. Hold a premium editorial and finishing standard.

Phase 5

Infrastructure & Operations

  • Secure a functional office as the coordination hub for planning meetings, administration, and stakeholder engagements.
  • A temporary operational office may be adopted during the planning phase.

Critical success factors: budget readiness, government endorsement, early venue confirmation, and publicity that begins before the invitations go out.
